We are looking for an Administrative Clerk to join our dynamic team. This person will handle a variety of administrative support tasks at our Dorval office. Responsibilities may include data entry, document management, client communication, appointment scheduling, and more.
In short, the Administrative Clerk will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by providing essential administrative support.
The employee will be responsible for all tasks normally assigned to individuals in this position or in similar roles, as well as any other duties the employer may assign from time to time.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute various documents (reports, invoices, etc.) Organize and coordinate meetings Manage office inventory and order supplies
- Perform photocopying, scanning, and faxing Track orders and deliveries
Required Skills
- Diploma in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field
- Proficiency with office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
Nice to Have
- 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both French and English
- Good knowledge of web tools and online environments
- Advanced analytical skills
